Mr. Clark received his undergraduate degree (B.S. in Accounting with
honors) from the Pennsylvania State University. His Juris Doctor (J.D.) was awarded by the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jay is the immediate past chair of the Agricultural Law Committee of the
Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of the Agriculture Committee of the Lancaster
Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the American Agricultural Law Association,
and a member of the Agricultural Issues Forum in Lancaster County. Additionally, Jay serves as the Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate
Law Section of the Lancaster County Bar Association and is a member of the Lancaster
County Estate Planning Council. He is the past President of the International Association
for Financial Planning (Central Pennsylvania Chapter). A frequent lecturer on estate planning, Jay has spoken on the topics of
family limited partnerships, advanced charitable gifting techniques, estate settlement and
estate planning for farmers and business owners. Prior to practicing law, he worked in the tax departments for Coopers
